Terms & Conditions
Last updated 14 September 2026
These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the contract for any work we carry out — that is agreed separately in writing for each job.
Using this site
You may read this site, print pages from it, and contact us through it. You may not copy its text or photographs for use on another website, scrape it, or use it to send us anything unlawful or abusive.
Information on this site
We try to keep everything here accurate, but the site is general information about services we offer and nothing on it is a binding quote, a guarantee, or professional engineering advice. Descriptions of how work is done reflect our normal practice; every property is different.
Cost information. Our cost guide cites published third-party ranges and clearly identifies them as such. They are not our prices and not an offer. The only binding number is a written estimate for your specific property.
Estimates and quotes
Estimates are free and given in good faith based on what we can see at the time. Conditions we could not reasonably have known about — buried debris, rock, wetland, unmarked utilities, materially different vegetation, or weather that makes the ground unworkable — may change the price or the schedule. Where that happens we will tell you before continuing, not afterwards.
Permits, utilities and property lines
Except where we have agreed otherwise in writing, the property owner is responsible for obtaining any permits required, for identifying property boundaries, and for disclosing private utilities, septic systems, wells, irrigation, and buried lines that a public locate service will not mark. We call Alabama 811 before digging on every job.
Photographs
Photographs on this site are of our own equipment and our own work. We may photograph completed jobs for our portfolio. Tell us if you would rather we did not photograph yours and we will not.
Third-party links
Where we link to another site — a cost guide, a state agency — we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for the work we actually carry out, which is governed by the agreement for that job and by Alabama law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
