Old houses, mobile homes, barns and outbuildings taken down and cleaned up — slab broken out, footprint backfilled and graded, and the lot left so you'd never know anything stood there.
Down, out, and levelled
Demolition isn't finished when the walls are down. The debris has to leave, the slab and footings have to come out, the septic tank or old cistern has to be dealt with, and the hole they leave has to be filled and compacted — otherwise you've traded a derelict building for a soft spot in your yard.
We take it down, load it out, break and remove the concrete, fill the footprint, and pull the ground back to grade with the rest of the lot.
Mobile homes and outbuildings
Old single-wides and double-wides, storage buildings, chicken houses, barns, carports, silos and sheds. Rural West Alabama has a lot of these sitting on land somebody now wants to use. Most are a one-day job, and most people want the new pad built in the same trip.
Before we start
Power, water and gas have to be disconnected by the utility — that's not something a contractor can do for you. If the building is old enough to have asbestos siding, floor tile or pipe wrap, that has to be handled under Alabama's rules and it changes the job. Tell us the age of the structure when you call so nobody gets surprised.

Do you haul the debris off?
Yes. It goes to a permitted site. Burning construction debris on your property is not the same thing as burning brush and we don't treat it that way.
What about the concrete slab?
It comes out unless you tell us to leave it. Some people want the slab kept for a shop floor or a carport — that's fine, just say so, because breaking it out is a lot easier than putting it back.
Can you take down a mobile home?
Yes, that's a regular job for us. Utilities need to be disconnected first, and if you still hold the title, hang onto it — the county may want it.
Is there asbestos in my old house?
We can't tell you that by looking, and neither can anybody else. Structures built before the early 1980s may have asbestos in siding, tile, or pipe insulation, and Alabama has rules about how it's handled. If that's a possibility, it needs testing before demolition starts. We'd rather raise it early than find it mid-job.
